Finally I feel like we are working together as a partnership and I’m starting to understand his way of going!!!
We’ve had a lot of great lessons recently that have all taught us lots of different things, but pulling them all together has made the world of a difference!!
Im not usually one for having a few different trainers, but in this case it has actually worked out really well!! Each one has worked on something slightly different in a slightly different way but bringing bits of each in together means that we have found our own way of going that works for us 😍😍
I feel super lucky to be able to have lessons with such great trainers and inspirational people!! The only way from here is up!!!!!!! 🤩🤩🤩
